Tai Chi Basics with Jack Lavin

This class focuses on the basics of the art of Tai Chi. As a meditative discipline, the practice includes stillness and movement, emphasizing structural alignment, relaxation, and a calm alert mind. Since this class is in a drop-in format, you are welcome to join all classes or just the ones you are able to attend.

Date: Thursdays, May 3 - June 21 (Drop-ins welcome!)

Mindfulness For Golf

In this workshop, you will identify triggers that take your focus and game off track. You will learn mindfulness techniques and create a Mindful Golf Plan that will keep you relaxed and focused throughout your round, freeing you up to play to your potential.

Mindful Talk - Working with Emotions Mindfully

Emotions can be confusing and overwhelming at times. Mindfulness skills can allow a different relationship with emotions, leading to more empowerment and choice. In this talk, learn how to empower yourself emotionally.

Extended Practice Day

with Ann Marie Arvoy, MA, LPC, certified meditation instructor

Immerse yourself into mindfulness practices for an extended period of time.  The day consists of sitting meditation, mindful movement, mindful walking, loving kindness meditation, and discussion. Lunch will be held in mindful silence. This practice day is for beginners who have at least some meditation experience to advanced practitioners. Snacks are provided, but please bring your own lunch.
