Dragonfly Meditation is a secular (non-religious) mindfulness based studio which offers meditation instruction, drop-in meditation, special workshops, and retreats.

Dawn Weberg


Dawn is owner of Dragonfly Meditation and Wellness. She is a certified meditation instructor, Reiki Master, and Spring Forest Qigong Practice Group Leader. Her love of meditation has led her to becoming owner of Dragonfly Meditation.  She is also a Reiki Master practitioner and does one on one Reiki healing sessions. She is currently working on continuing her certifications with Spring Forest Qigong so she can share more Qigong classes in the future. She loves incorporating mindfulness into all aspects of her life.  Sharing meditation is one of her greatest loves along with visualization based on nature and positive affirmations.

Ann Marie Arvoy


Ann Marie Arvoy is a Licensed Psychotherapist, Certified Meditation Instructor, and Meditation Director.  Ann Marie learned to meditate in 1994 and discovered the many benefits. In 2000, she completed a Masters of Psychology at Naropa University, Boulder, CO, which blends the practice of Buddhist Psychology with the traditional training. Ann Marie has trained in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) with Zindel Siegel, creator of MBCT, Sharon Salzberg and many other well known teachers.  She has been a psychotherapist for almost 20 years and has been teaching others meditation for over ten years. Caroline Raffel


Caroline is a RYT200 hatha yoga teacher with additional certifications in Yin Yoga, Five Element Yoga®, and Meditation. She discovered the art and science of mindfulness in 2013 when she read one of Jon Kabat-Zinn’s books. Caroline attended her first yoga class over 20 years ago; mindfulness transformed and inspired her yoga practice. The forever teacher within her chooses to offer experiences to combine meditation with yoga as a way to integrate mind and body.  She attended a mindfulness workshop with Sharon Salzberg. 

Pat Ingelse

Pat is a certified meditation instructor and Reiki Master Teacher. Meditation has always been a part of life for her. She was introduced to Reiki during chemotherapy in 2014. The calming impact that brought during that challenging time soon became a key focus in her life along with meditation and mindfulness. “Being able to share the benefits of these modalities with others is such an honor. If it helps even one person, that is wonderful!”

Kierstin Cira

Kierstin brings to Dragonfly studios a variety of experiences, including being a public school teacher in Wisconsin since 1991. Kierstin’s work with mindfulness began in her classrooms more than 25 years ago, when she would work with her students on being present and less reactive to the world around them. Kierstin completed her Certified Meditation Instructor training at Dragonfly studios and has led classes for children as well as adults. Kierstin’s education includes a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, Master of Arts from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, and completion of graduate programs in Leadership and Administrative Leadership from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee and Alverno College respectively.
