Ann Marie Arvoy
Ann Marie Arvoy is owner of Dragonfly Meditation Studio, Licensed Psychotherapist, Certified Meditation Instructor, and Meditation Director. Ann Marie learned to meditate in 1994 and discovered the many benefits. In 2000, she completed a Masters of Psychology at Naropa University, Boulder, CO, which blends the practice of Buddhist Psychology with the traditional training. Ann Marie has trained in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) with Zindel Siegel, creator of MBCT, Sharon Salzberg and many other well known teachers. She has been a psychotherapist for almost 20 years and has been teaching others meditation for over ten years. She offers individual sessions, mindfulness coaching, structured groups and workshops. Jerry is co-owner of Dragonfly Meditation Studio and is one of the guided meditation teachers. His passion for golf and sports brought him further into mindfulness as he saw the positive effect on his performance. Jerry is also a professional golf instructor, certified in golf psychology and a high school varsity golf coach. Jerry teaches Mindfulness for Golf in the form of workshops and individual sessions. Caroline is a RYT200 hatha yoga teacher with additional certifications in Yin Yoga, Five Element Yoga®, and Meditation. She discovered the art and science of mindfulness in 2013 when she read one of Jon Kabat-Zinn’s books. Caroline attended her first yoga class over 20 years ago; mindfulness transformed and inspired her yoga practice. The forever teacher within her chooses to offer experiences to combine meditation with yoga as a way to integrate mind and body. She attended a mindfulness workshop with Sharon Salzberg. Dawn is a certified meditation instructor and graduate of the Dragonfly Meditation certification program. Her love of meditation has led her to becoming an instructor. She is also a Reiki 3 practitioner and loves incorporating mindfulness into all aspects of her life. Sharing meditation is one of her greatest loves along with visualization based on nature and positive affirmations.
began practicing yoga in 2012. She was drawn to the grounding aspects that yoga provides. Her love grew deeper with every session . Wanting to share the benefits of yoga with others, the natural next step was to train to become an instructor. In 2016 she completed her 200 hour teacher training with YogaOne. She loves the adventure of helping others to experience yoga. Tina is also a Reiki practitioner, and a Certified Crystal Healer.
