"The Dragonfly Meditation Instructor Training was the perfect next step in my development as an educator. The course provides background on a wide variety of perspectives on meditation, from the science of mindfulness to the history of Buddhist practice. It also introduces several different types of meditation—including breath awareness, mindful eating, loving-kindness, etc.—which students are encouraged to lead in a warm+welcoming environment. I always looked forward to the sessions; the class had great discussions, and I was challenged to expand both my own mindfulness practice and my capacity to share it with others. Overall, the training was highly enjoyable and rewarding, and it has greatly enhanced my confidence and effectiveness in leading classroom meditations." Greg G
"I am so grateful for this training! I learned so much about myself and am excited to bring mindfulness to others" Mary M
“The Meditation Instructor Certification course taught by Ann Marie Arvoy is highly recommended. Ann Marie is a professional who has an abundance of knowledge that she shares in a way that is well-paced, extremely informative and meaningfully integrated into the class content. Each class contains the perfect balance of education and practical application on both an individual and group level. Upon completion of the course, students feel well-prepared as well as excited to begin sharing the powerful practice of meditation with others. As someone who has been meditating intermittently for several years, I am now committed to my own daily practice with a renewed fervor, plenty of tools and a great desire to continue to refine and develop my skills personally and as an instructor of mindfulness meditation.” Ilene L
